§ 7304. Administrative penalty
The Commissioner of Disabilities, Aging, and Independent Living may, after a hearing,
impose an administrative penalty of not more than $1,000.00 against any facility or
employee of a facility who violates a provision of this chapter. (Added 1985, No 153 (Adj. Sess.); amended 1989, No. 219 (Adj. Sess.), § 6; 2005, No. 174 (Adj. Sess.), § 137.)
