§ 6941. Appeals
An order of the court issued under section 6935 of this title shall be treated as a final order for the purposes of appeal. Appeal may be taken
by either party to the Supreme Court under the Vermont Rules of Appellate Procedure
and the appeal shall be determined forthwith. (Added 1991, No. 180 (Adj. Sess.), § 2.)
