§ 3201. Definitions
As used in this chapter:
(1) “Child, Youth, and Family Advocate” or “Advocate” means an individual who leads the
Office of the Child, Youth, and Family Advocate.
(2) “Department” means the Department for Children and Families.
(3) “Office” means the Office of the Child, Youth, and Family Advocate.
(4) “State agency” means any office, department, board, bureau, division, agency, or instrumentality
