Sess.), § 60a provides: “(a) The Agency of Human Services shall seek to amend Vermont’s Medicaid state plan to extend Medicaid coverage to 12 months postpartum for eligible individuals as permitted under Sec. 9812 of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, Pub. L. No. 117-2.”
