(Cite as: 33 V.S.A. § 125)

  • § 125. Budgetary inflation; direct service providers

    Annually, as part of its budget presentation, the Department shall inform the House Committees on Appropriations and on Human Services and the Senate Committees on Appropriations and on Health and Welfare the cost of adding a one percent increase over the previous fiscal year’s funding for community-contracted direct service providers. (Added 2025, No. 27, § E.316.1, eff. July 1, 2025.)
