§ 4963. Warrants for collection of tax
Annually, on or before August 1, the Director shall transmit to the supervisors for
unorganized towns and gores warrants for the collection of the tax hereinbefore provided
for, in their respective places, together with the tax bills received by him or her
from the appraisers. Such warrants shall be returnable to the Director on or before
August 1 in the year next following the date of issue. (Amended 1977, No. 105, § 14(a).)
