Subchapter 001 : INVENTORIES

(Cite as: 32 V.S.A. § 4008)

  • § 4008. Willful destruction

    A person who willfully destroys or removes an inventory from the office of the town clerk during the time the same is required to be preserved, except in obedience to process, shall be fined $500.00.
