§ 3326. Cost-benefit model
(a) The Council shall adopt and maintain a cost-benefit model for assessing and measuring
the projected net fiscal cost and benefit to the State of proposed economic development
activities.
(b) The Council shall not modify the cost-benefit model without the prior approval of
