  • § 1762. Miscellaneous fees

    The Secretary of State shall fix and alter fees for copies, statements, filing, and other services where the amount of the fee is not otherwise fixed by law. (Added 1967, No. 278 (Adj. Sess.), § 28, eff. July 1, 1968.)
