§ 7504. Severability
In the event that a court determines that some part of this chapter, or its application
to a particular circumstance, violates the Constitution or laws of the United States,
the remainder of this chapter shall not thereby be declared invalid. (Added 1993, No. 197 (Adj. Sess.), § 5.)
