§ 5040. Public Utility Commission jurisdiction
Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, the Authority shall be subject
to the regulatory jurisdiction of the Public Utility Commission, insofar as provided
in this title. (Added 1979, No. 78, § 3.)
