Chapter 079 : Municipal Plants

(Cite as: 30 V.S.A. § 2921)

  • § 2921. Effect on special legislation

    All acts or parts of acts authorizing a particular municipality to construct or acquire or maintain or operate a municipal plant shall not be repealed by the provisions of this chapter.
