§ 249a. Campground submetering
Notwithstanding the provisions of section 249 of this title or any other provision of this title, a person operating a recreational campground
may provide submetered electric service to campground users on a nonprofit basis,
if such service is provided in accordance with rules adopted by the Commission, including
rules relating to notice of rates and charges, accuracy of electrical submeters, and
