Title 30 : Public Service

Chapter 003 : Public Service Corporations, Other than Railroads; Formation, Financing, Eminent Domain

(Cite as: 30 V.S.A. § 103)

  • § 103. Transmission to Secretary of State; record; effect

    The articles of incorporation, the certificate of the Public Utility Commission, and the organization fee shall be transmitted to the Secretary of State. When such articles are recorded, such certificate shall be recorded therewith. (Amended 1959, No. 329 (Adj. Sess.), § 39(b), eff. March 1, 1961; 1995, No. 99 (Adj. Sess.), § 3.)
