NEW ENGLAND INTERSTATE CORRECTIONS COMPACT
(Cite as: 28 V.S.A. § 1407)

§ 1407. Entry into force—Article VII
This compact shall enter into force and become effective and binding upon the states
so acting when it has been enacted into law by any two states from among the states
of New England. Thereafter, this compact shall enter into force and become effective
and binding as to any other of said states upon similar action by such state. (Added 1961, No. 213, § 2, eff. July 11, 1961.)
