  • § 1339. Violations

    A violation of this subchapter is deemed to be a violation of 9 V.S.A. § 2453, and is subject to all rights, obligations, and penalties provided under 9 V.S.A. chapter 63. (Added 1985, No. 175 (Adj. Sess.), § 5.)
