Chapter 015 : Condominium Ownership Act

Subchapter 002 : PROTECTION OF TENANTS IN CONVERSION OF RENTAL UNITS

(Cite as: 27 V.S.A. § 1332)

  • § 1332. Applicability

    This subchapter shall apply to the conversion of all residential rental property in the state other than a mobile home park, except the conversion of any single-family dwelling unit that is individually owned but has been rented. Conversion of a mobile home park shall be subject to subchapter 3 of this chapter. (Added 1985, No. 175 (Adj. Sess.), § 5; amended 1993, No. 97, § 3.)
