§ 785. Application to nonaffiliated church
The provisions of sections 781-784 of this title shall apply to any Free Will Baptist church or society not affiliated with the Vermont
Baptist State Convention. However, the Superior Court shall not make any order of
transfer under section 783 of this title if objection is made by a member of such church or society. Such court in making
an order under that section may direct that the property of such church or society
be sold and the proceeds shall be paid to such convention, after deducting necessary
