Chapter 006 : Enhanced Life Estate Deeds

(Cite as: 27 V.S.A. § 651)

  • § 651. Short title

    This chapter shall be known as the “Enhanced Life Estate Deed Act” or the “ELED Act”. (Added 2019, No. 145 (Adj. Sess.), § 1, eff. July 13, 2020.)
