(Cite as: 26 V.S.A. § 4128)

  • § 4128. Application for licensure

    A person shall apply for a license under this chapter by filing with the Director an application provided by the Director accompanied by the required fees and evidence of eligibility. (Added 1995, No. 171 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
