§ 3305. Audiologists; Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology Interstate Compact privilege
to practice
(a) Vermont is a member state of the Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology Interstate
Compact. Applicants for a privilege to practice audiology shall be subject to the
requirements prescribed under chapter 87, subchapter 2 of this title.
(b) Individuals with a privilege to practice issued by a member state of the Audiology
and Speech-Language Pathology Interstate Compact may practice audiology in the State
subject to the requirements of chapter 87, subchapter 2 of this title. (Added 2023, No. 36, § 3, eff. July 1, 2024.)
