Chapter 053 : Polygraph Examiners

§ 2909. Penalty
Any person who violates a provision of this chapter or any rule adopted under this chapter shall be fined not more than $1,000.00 or imprisoned for not more than six months, or both. (Added 1975, No. 110.)
