BOARD OF PHARMACY

§ 2031. Creation; appointment; terms; organization
(a)(1) There is hereby created the Board of Pharmacy to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
(2) The Board shall consist of eight members, five of whom shall be pharmacists licensed
under this chapter with five years of experience in the practice of pharmacy in this
State. One member shall be a pharmacy technician registered under this chapter. Two
members shall be members of the public having no financial interest in the practice
of pharmacy.
(b) Members of the Board shall be appointed by the Governor pursuant to 3 V.S.A. §§ 129b and 2004. (Added 1977, No. 266 (Adj. Sess.), § 1; amended 1981, No. 244 (Adj. Sess.), § 3; 1997, No. 145 (Adj. Sess.), § 31; 2005, No. 27, § 49; 2017, No. 144 (Adj. Sess.), § 20; 2019, No. 30, § 14.)
