§ 1735b. Physician assistant as primary care provider
Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, a physician assistant shall
be considered a primary care provider when the physician assistant practices in one
or more of the medical specialties for which a physician would be considered to be
a primary care provider. (Added 2019, No. 123 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
