§ 9. Organizational meeting
Annually, on the second Monday in April commencing in 2005, the Board of Supervisors
shall hold its organizational meeting. At the meeting, the Board shall elect from
among its membership a Chair and Vice Chair, each of whom shall hold office for one
year and until a successor is duly elected and qualified. A Chair or Vice Chair may
be reelected to successive terms without limit. (Added 2005, No. M-8, § 2.)
