§ 6. Authority
The legislative power and authority of the Rutland County Recreation District and
the administration and general supervision of all fiscal, prudential, and governmental
affairs of the District shall be vested in a governing body known as the Board of
Supervisors, except as specifically provided otherwise in this chapter. (Added 2005, No. M-8, § 2.)
