§ 2. Purpose
Milton Fire District No. 1 is a fire district incorporated to design, construct, upgrade,
operate, and maintain a water supply and distribution system, including the maintenance
and repair of water mains and the provision of a limited water service to the area
described in section 1 of this chapter. (Added 2003, No. M-5, § 2.)
