DISTRICT MEETINGS

§ 507. Public hearings
Not less than three nor more than 14 days prior to any special meeting of the District,
the Board of Supervisors shall hold at least one public hearing at which time the
issues under consideration shall be presented to the legal voters of the District,
and comments thereupon received from the legal voters of the District. Public notice
of such public hearing or hearings shall include publication of notice thereof in
one or more newspapers of general circulation within each member municipality at least
once a week for three consecutive weeks, on the same day of the week, the last publication
thereof to be not less than two nor more than eight days prior to the date of the
public hearing.
