§ 504. Warnings required
The Board of Supervisors of the District shall warn all annual and special meetings
of the District by filing a notice thereof with the Clerk of the District, who, in
turn, shall file a copy of the notice thereof with the clerk of each member municipality
who shall post a copy of the notice thereof in at least three public places within
his or her municipality not less than 30 nor more than 40 days prior to the meeting.
In addition, the Clerk of the District shall cause the warning to be published in
a newspaper of general circulation within each member municipality once a week for
three consecutive weeks on the same day of the week prior to the meeting, the last
publication thereof to be not less than five nor more than 10 days prior to the date
of the meeting.
