§ 205. Organizational meeting
(a) Annually, the Board of Supervisors shall have its organizational meeting on the second
Tuesday of April.
(b) At each organizational meeting, the Board shall elect from among its members a Chair,
a Vice Chair, a Treasurer, and a Clerk, each of whom shall hold office for one year
and until his or her successor is duly elected and qualified. All officers shall be
eligible for reelection.
