SPECIAL DISTRICT MEETING

§ 46. Warnings required
The Board of Commissioners of the District shall warn a special meeting of the District
by filing a notice with the town clerk of each member municipality and by posting
a notice in at least two public places in each municipality in the District, and in
or near the office of the clerk of each municipality, not less than 30 nor more than
40 days before the meeting. In addition, the warning shall be published in a newspaper
of general circulation in the District once a week on the same day of the week for
three consecutive weeks before the meeting, the last publication to be not less than
five nor more than 10 days before the meeting.
