§ 19. Officers
The officers of the District shall be the Chair and the Vice Chair of the Board of
Supervisors, the Clerk of the District, and the Treasurer of the District. The offices
of the Clerk of the District and the Treasurer of the District may be held by one
person. No other person may hold more than one office at one time.
