§ 10. Organizational meeting
Annually, on the second Thursday in April commencing in 1989, the Board of Supervisors
shall hold its organizational meeting. At such meeting, the Board of Supervisors shall
elect from among its membership a Chair and a Vice Chair, each of whom shall hold
office for one year and until his or her successor is duly elected and qualified.
The Chair and Vice Chair are eligible to be elected to not more than three successive
terms.
