Chapter 285 : Village of Wells River

(Cite as: 24 App. V.S.A. ch. 285, § 11)

  • § 11. Bonds for Village Treasurer and Collector of Taxes

    The Treasurer and Collector of Taxes shall give bonds for the faithful performance of their duties in such sums as the trustees shall direct. (Added 1937, No. 301, § 11.)
