Chapter 285 : Village of Wells River

(Cite as: 24 App. V.S.A. ch. 285, § 10)

  • § 10. Collector of Village Taxes

    The Collector of Village Taxes shall discharge the usual duties of such office and shall have the same power and be subject to the same liabilities as are prescribed by law for collectors of town taxes. (Added 1937, No. 301, § 10.)
