§ 502. Firefighting apparatus
All apparatus for the extinguishment of fires and the rooms for storing the same,
owned or leased by the Village, and all fire companies organized under the authority
of said Village, shall be under the direction and control of the Chief of the Fire
Department; and the Chief shall make a detailed report to the Board of Trustees before
each annual meeting of the condition of the Fire Department.
