§ 703. Confirmation of appropriations
Whenever a proposal calling for an appropriation in excess of $1,000.00 is made at
either an annual or a special meeting, a quorum of 15 percent of the legal voters
of the Village shall be confirmed by the Moderator before such proposal can be discussed
and/or acted upon in the meeting.
