§ 401. Election of officers
The officers of the corporation shall consist of a Moderator, three trustees, a Clerk,
a Treasurer, and three auditors. The officers shall be elected at the annual meeting
of the corporation for the term of one year and until their successors are elected,
except that trustees shall hold office for three years. One trustee shall be elected
at each annual meeting. (Amended 2007, No. M-6.)
