§ 904. Membership on Board not disqualification to serve as law enforcement or judicial officer
A member of said corporation shall not be deprived, by reason of such membership,
to act as judge, juror, sheriff, constable, or justice of the peace in any cause or
proceeding in which such corporation is interested.
