§ 307. Treasurer and Collector
The Treasurer and Collector shall have similar powers and duties to those of town
treasurers and town collectors. They shall each give bonds to the Village conditioned
for the faithful performance of the duties of their respective offices in such sums
and with such sureties as the trustees may prescribe. If a Treasurer or Collector
does not give such bonds within 10 days after election or appointment, the office
shall be vacant.
