Subchapter 007 : GENERAL PROVISIONS

(Cite as: 24 App. V.S.A. ch. 173, § 34)

  • § 34. Severability

    If any provision of this charter is held invalid, the other provisions of this charter shall not be affected. If the application of this charter or any of its provisions to any person or circumstances is held invalid, such application of this charter and its provisions to other persons or circumstances shall thereby be affected. (Amended 2005, No. M-13 (Adj. Sess.), § 16, eff. May 17, 2006.)
