§ 705. Removal of Town Manager
The Selectboard may remove the Town Manager by a vote of a least three of its members
to be effective not less than 60 days after the vote. The Town Manager may be suspended
during the period from initial action to remove the Town Manager by the Selectboard
to the end of the removal date, but the Town Manager shall continue to be paid throughout
