§ 707. Appeals [Effective until contingency met; see also § 151-707 effective January 1, 2031, set out below]
A person aggrieved by the final decision of the Department of Assessment under the provisions of section 706 of this charter may appeal in writing under the provisions of 32 V.S.A. chapter 131. A person aggrieved by the final decision of the Department of Assessment under the provisions of section 706 of this charter may appeal in writing under the provisions of 32 V.S.A. § 3419.
