(Cite as: 24 App. V.S.A. ch. 129, § 602)

  • § 602. Bond

    Before entering into the duties of this office, the Superintendent shall execute a bond in favor of the School District in such sum and with such surety as may be determined by the School Board of Trustees, and the premium on the bond shall be paid by the School District. (Amended 2021, No. M-16 (Adj. Sess.), § 2, eff. May 31, 2022.)
