(Cite as: 24 App. V.S.A. ch. 120, § 104)

  • § 104. Severability

    If any provision of this enactment shall for any reason be held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the remaining provisions that shall be given effect without the invalid provision. To this end, the provisions of this charter are severable. (Added 2015, No. M-4, § 2, eff. June 1, 2015.)
