§ 43. Application of general law
Except as altered, enlarged, or modified by the provisions of this charter or by any
lawful ordinance or regulation of the Town of Barre, all provisions of the laws of
the State of Vermont relating to towns and town officers shall apply to the Town of
Barre and its officers.
