§ 911. Charter effective
This charter shall take effect when adopted by the majority vote of the legal voters
of the City of Winooski present and voting at an annual or special meeting duly warned
for that purpose, and upon legislative approval in accordance with the laws of the
State of Vermont. (Added 2013, No. M-9, § 3, eff. June 4, 2013.)
