  • § 805. Planning Commission

    The Planning Commission shall consist of seven members appointed by the City Council for two-year terms in accordance with 24 V.S.A. §§ 4322-4323, as may be amended from time to time. On October 1, 2018, the City Council shall appoint four members to two-year terms and three members to one-year terms. Thereafter all terms shall run for two years beginning on October 1. Appointments to vacated positions shall run until the expiration of the existing term. The Planning Commission shall perform such planning functions and duties as may be required by the City Council, this charter, ordinances, or applicable State laws. (Amended 2013, No. M-19 (Adj.
