§ 801. Green Mount Cemetery Commission
(a) The Green Mount Cemetery Commission shall have charge of all public cemeteries and
burial grounds in the City with the same power and authority as similar officials
in towns.
(b)(1) Commissioners of the Green Mount Cemetery shall be elected at the annual meeting of
the City to comply with the charter of the Green Mount Cemetery.
(2) The City Treasurer and they shall have all the authority and carry out all the conditions
made by the charter of Green Mount Cemetery.
(3) These commissioners shall be five in number, and one shall be elected at each annual
meeting for a five-year term.
(c) Vacancies on the Commission shall be filled by the remaining commissioners until the
