§ 39. Warnings required
(a) The Board shall warn an annual or special meeting of the Authority by filing a notice
with the clerk of each member and by posting or causing to be posted a notice in at
least three public places in each municipality in the Authority no fewer than 30 nor
more than 40 days before the meeting.
(b) The warning shall be published in one or more newspapers of general circulation in
the Authority once a week on the same day of the week for three consecutive weeks
before the meeting, the last publication to be no fewer than five nor more than 10
